Craftsy class amazon fire stick11/11/2022 This book is a must have for anyone who loves to make desserts. It was great to be included in this very comprehensive reference work on sugar and sweets. I wrote the section on Confectionary Equipment for the Oxford Companion to Sugar and Sweets (New York, NY: Oxford University Press, 2015). It is always great to have international followers, especially from Denmark where they take their cuisine seriously.
